Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all products. Any products returned that are not defective are subject to a 20% restock fee. You will be required to obtain an RMA Number in order to make a product return. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note that all custom orders, bulk orders or facility orders, or built to order and are excluded from the 30 day return option.

How long are you covered? 30 days after delivery of product.

Getting an RMA Number: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required to return your product. Just contact us to obtain this for your return. Any packages returned without an RMA Number may be refused.

Shipping Your Return: You will be asked to return your purchase to a location either in Canada, or to the USA, depending on where you live. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insure the package for the amount you paid for the product. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged by your shipping carrier, so be sure you are covered. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Refused Packages: Please do not refuse your order when it is delivered, or send your package back as refused. In this case, you will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee on your purchase price.

Please note that payment processing companies such as Stripe and PayPal do not refund payment processing fees. In this case, your fees will not be refunded.
